Tracy Caldron, Chair
Tracy Caldron has over 20 years of experience in non-profit administration, youth development programming, capacity building, community support services and fiscal administration. She has worked in leadership roles for several New York City not-for-profit organizations including the Children’s Aid Society, CAMBA, Good Shepherd Services and Groundwork. She holds a BS in Marketing from Morgan State University and an MA in Elementary Education from New York University.
Anthony Buissereth, Treasurer
Anthony Buissereth, a native New Yorker, is the director of development and external relations at Youth Communication. He has built a career in fund development at youth-serving organizations including Variety the Children’s Charity of New York, Good Shepherd Services, Groundwork, and Cool Culture and has developed expertise in grant writing, special events management, donor relations, stewardship, marketing, social media outreach, and government and community affairs. He holds a BA in African American Studies from Syracuse University. Anthony is a member of Brooklyn’s Community Board 3, representing Bedford- Stuyvesant.
Heather Burack, Secretary
Experienced manager, clinician and trainer in fields of education, youth development and mental health. Heather holds a MSW from Hunter College and a BA from Swathmore College. She is the Senior Program Director at Good Shepherd Services.
Pradine Content, Director
Over ten years of progressive leadership experience in government and non-profit administration. Ms. Content has a MS in Social Work from Columbia University and a BA in Journalism from New York University. She is a Director at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services.
Daud El-Bakara, Director
Daud El-Bakara is an accomplished Jazz musician. As a trumpeter for over 30 years, he has played with Dizzy Gillespie, Arthur “Art” Blakey and Donald Byrd, and toured with bands such as the Stylistics and Kindred the Family Soul. He is currently a student at Temple University and is a Red Cross Certified Life Guard.
